Nikko

Nestled in Tochigi prefecture, approximately 140 km north of Tokyo, the city of Nikko offers an abundance of historical and natural sites to explore.

Its temples and shrines are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites, offering a unique view of traditional Japanese architecture and gardens. With its lush green forests and majestic mountains, Nikko is also a haven for nature lovers.

It’s one of my favorite destinations in Japan because Nikko is perfect for those who want to discover the country’s history and culture while enjoying the wonders of nature!
